Parallelogram cross table

The parallelogram cross table is attached to the edging table of sliding table saws. The cross table increases the support surface for the workpiece. In addition, it is supported by a movable arm attached to the machine frame. If an angle is now set, the entire parallelogram cross table assumes the angle, forming the shape of a parallelogram. This ensures that the support surface for the workpiece is the same for each angle set.

A similar principle is also used for the SCM Full-Support tilting table. The only difference is that here the entire table can be rotated and thus the workpiece has the same support surface all the time.

alternative term: parallelogram sliding table (format 4)
