2009 | Since 1th September Bäuerle belongs to Riston Werkzeug GmbH in Fellbach, Bäuerle machines are still on offer. |
2007 | Bäuerle exists again as mechanical engineer with the old adresse and the old Bäuerle machines, but with a new appearance. |

1991 | Bäuerle starts a partnership with Janisch and Bäuerlin in Ottendorf / Saxony. |
1975 | Bankruptcy, but carried on with the production later on. |
1970 | An engineer, Herr Büttner, went into business for himself and founded 'Funk'; later on left Herr Wirth the company as well and founded with Herr Büttner the company Okoma. |
